Atlus Releases New Persona Q Promo

December 27, 2013 1 comment

Today Atlus released a new Promotional Video on their YouTube Page for Persona Q: Shadow of the Labyrinth.  In this story centered video, we get a longer look at the two new characters as well as quite a bit of animated cutscene footage.  While it would take a translator to figure out what really is going on, there seems to be no shortage of drama and action.

Persona Q: Shadow of the Labyrinth is bring developed by Atlus’s Etrian Odyssey team.  While it is a first persona dungeon crawler and features a host of characters, it still retains the flavor of Persona in using Personas and group based attacks.  It releases on June 5th in Japan but has no official word on a western released. yunaFans have been waiting for quite some time, but Square Enix has finally answered.  Along with the launch of the Playstation 3 version of Final Fantasy X/X-2 on March 18th, the Playstation Vita version will also hit stores.  So no delays!

Now the other big question that I, along with many other fans have been asking.  We knew by Square Enix’s comments that the Vita version would have to be on 2 cartridges, and there was no way they would be in separate boxes.  Well in fact, the game WILL still carry a retail version, however only FFX will be in cartridge form.  On the bright side, the box will also contain a voucher for FFX-2’s download.  This will retail for $39.99.

For clarity sake, here’s the contents: Read more…
